Traceable Calibrations

We offer calibrations that are traceable to a national standard. Calibrations are performed by Outside Certified Technicians. Work can be done at our facility, or on your site. ICI has
documented calibration procedures (SOP’s). ICI provides documentation to support the calibrations. All calibrations are traceable to NIST.

Each technician is issued a log book. The log book becomes a controlled document. All calibration data is recorded in the log book. The technician then enters the log book data into a computer data base. A calibration sheet is then printed and reviewed by the technician. After verifying that the data was transferred correctly, the technician places his signature on the sheet. This Original Signature document becomes the calibration turnover document. All original signature documents are placed in a binder which is separated by tab sets that are identified by instrument tag number. This Original Signature binder becomes the calibration turnover document.

Pressure
On the low end. our technicians can execute a five point calibration in the range of -.25 to + .25 inches of water with accuracy that will exceed the accuracy statement on the calibrated instrument. On the high end, we can give you five points over 0 to 20000 psig.

Humidity
Our traceable humidity standard can be used where 1% accuracy is required.

Other instruments
There is virtually no instrument that we can not perform a traceable calibration on.
